Joynews24, a top-tier economics newspaper, commemorates its 20th anniversary by holding surveys in various sectors with the help of 200 music experts from September 30 to October 8.

They ranked the most powerful celebrities and K-pop artists, who shone the brightest this year and were active in diverse fields than ever before.

Starting with NewJeans, they ranked in 4th place overall, the highest among K-pop acts with 10 votes.

Although they were affected by the HYBE vs. Min Hee Jin conflict, their presence remained strong, continuing their long run by staying at the top of domestic music charts and conquering Japan with their recent debut.

aespa ranked 6th overall and second among the girl groups, earning 6 votes.

This year, they became unrivaled "power people" on the music charts with their hit "Supernova."

The song maintained its #1 position for 3 consecutive months from June to August, earning the title of the longest-running #1 in 20 years.

They continued their popularity with their consecutive releases, "Armageddon" and "Whiplash."
