A CORTIS fan’s in-person conversation with a member has gone viral on social media, and not for good reasons.

Recently, a clip of a fan’s interaction with CORTIS member Martin surfaced on X (former Twitter). The video, taken at a fansign event, showed the fan asking for career advice from the idol. In their conversation, the fan revealed that she was 25 years old and unemployed, asking what she should do to find the right career path.
👤: I came because I wanted to talk to you about my worries
🐕🦺: okay okay
👤: can you guess how old i am?
🐕🦺: how old you are? that’s always the hardest question
🐕🦺: 23?
👤: 25
👤: guess what job i do
🐕🦺: your job… stylist?
👤: i’m actually unemployed
🐕🦺: oh ㅋ
👤: so my… pic.twitter.com/7EsfvYjwxu

Martin tried to give her some sincere suggestions, which were ultimately shot down by the fan’s response.
The video has since gone viral on X, garnering over a million views. Fans have mostly reacted to the interaction negatively, pointing out that it was “weird” for a 25-year-old to seek career advice from a teenager. Some were also irked by the fan’s negative response to Martin’s advice.

the concept of being a fully grown woman and a) spending the little money you have to meet a teenage boy b) unloading your stress and problems on said teenage boy… mind you this kid debuted like 5 seconds ago https://t.co/HEf7jLpUn5

Overall, there seems to be a consensus that the conversation was completely out of place for a K-Pop fansign event. What do you think?
