In one of her recent videos, Kim revealed what she “eats in a day” as someone trying to maintain her shape after losing weight. While her breakfast, consisting of apple slices, cherry tomatoes, and a hard-boiled egg, didn’t seem too out of the ordinary, her lunch definitely left her viewers in shock.
Kim steamed a few strips of chicken tenderloin, cabbage, and enoki mushrooms, explaining it has become “one of her favorite lunch dishes.”
She seasoned all three ingredients with salt and pepper before diving in and dubbing it an easy, delicious, and sweet meal.

Seeing the small portion, Kim’s viewers expressed awe at Kim’s dedication to keeping the weight off…
