The idol’s new apartment, located in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, was purchased for ₩14.2 billion KRW (about $10.2 million USD). While it is believed that he originally signed the contract in early May, the official ownership happened earlier in the month. The news sparked shock because the media claimed it was all done in cash and without loans.

According to reports, the apartment is a penthouse of 273.96㎡ and has five bedrooms and three bathrooms.
