YG Entertainment girl group BABYMONSTER released the first teaser video for their upcoming 2026-2027 World Tour on Mar. 28 at midnight KST, confirming Seoul, Kobe, and Fukuoka as the opening cities for what is shaping up to be a massive global concert run.

The short teaser clip, shared across the group's official social media channels, builds on the initial tour announcement made on Mar. 16, which first revealed that the seven-member act would be hitting stages worldwide.

According to the earlier announcement, BABYMONSTER will kick off the tour in Seoul before heading to six cities across Japan, including Kobe, Fukuoka, Yokohama, Chiba, Nagoya, and Osaka, according to Allkpop.

The tour is also expected to cover cities across Asia, Oceania, Europe, North America, and South America, though specific dates and venues for those regions have not yet been disclosed.

While exact tour dates remain unconfirmed, YG Entertainment founder Yang Hyun Suk previously stated that the world tour would begin in June 2026. The timeline aligns with the group's upcoming music releases.

YG announced that BABYMONSTER will drop their third mini album, titled CHOOM, in early May, followed by a full-length album expected in October. The June tour launch would give the group time to promote the new mini-album before stepping onto the concert stage.

The 2026-2027 tour marks the second major concert series for BABYMONSTER, following their debut world tour, "Hello Monsters," in 2025, Hello Kpop reported.

That tour drew over 400,000 fans across 32 shows around the world and established the group as one of K-pop's fastest-rising live acts. Reviews from stops in cities like Seattle praised the group's sharp choreography, live vocals, and strong stage presence.

BABYMONSTER debuted under YG Entertainment in November 2023 with the single "Batter Up" as a six-member group. The lineup expanded to seven members; Ruka, Pharita, Asa, Ahyeon, Rami, Rora, and Chiquita, with the release of their first mini album, "BABYMONS7ER," in April 2024.

Since then, the group has steadily grown its international fanbase, with all seven members recently appearing on the March 2026 Rookie Idol Brand Reputation Ranking.

Fans are now waiting for the full schedule and ticketing details, with more city announcements expected in the coming weeks. Given the scale of the first tour and the group's continued rise, demand for tickets is expected to be high once sales open, as per Kpop Exchange.
