The highly-anticipated BIGBANG reunion is finally in talks of happening… and it’s sooner than you think!
A report by News1 recently suggested that BIGBANG members G-Dragon, Taeyang, and Daesung are in discussions of bringing the iconic boy group back for a performance at this year’s Mnet Asian Music Awards.

It has been nearly 10 years since BIGBANG’s last performance at the Mnet Asian Music Awards as a full group — since 2015 to be exact. The iconic boy group did win an award in 2022, with their single “Still Life” earning the “Best Vocal Performance” award. However, they did not perform on stage at the time.
Previously, the three members surprised fans with a special performance at Taeyang‘s solo concert, THE LIGHT YEAR, this past September. Now, fans are eagerly anticipating whether they will deliver another legendary performance at one of Korea’s most prominent K-Pop awards shows, with a massive global fanbase.

This year’s Mnet Asian Music Awards will be held on November 21 at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, United States, and on November 22-23 at Kyocera Dome Osaka in Japan. The fact that the event will take place in the US, the largest music market in the world, has garnered significant attention.
We can’t wait to see what BIGBANG has in store!
