On April 13, BLACKPINK‘s Jennie made her solo Coachella debut, finishing the line-up of K-Pop idols performers for the first weekend of the festival.

The idol took the stage, and was obviously one of the most anticipated performers of the night based off sheer audience reactions alone. Soon after the performance, netizens took to social media to discuss her performance, with many praising her performance overall.

The idol performed some of her more high energy songs like “Mantra” but also slowed it down with “F.T.S.” and “Damn Right” featuring a surprise feature from Kali Uchis.

In particular, many were impressed by the idol’s live vocals even as she performed for over 45 minutes, a feat difficult for groups, let alone a solo performer. Many commented on her command of the stage as well, praising Jennie.
