Since debuting, Jennie has been embroiled in many dating rumors and even within the past few years, she has been linked or rumored to be dating idols or celebrities. But Jennie has seemingly hit back and clarified the past dating rumors.

On March 8 (local time), Jennie was a guest on the famous YouTube series The Chicken Shop Date. The format of the show involves British star Amelia Dimoldenberg who meets a celebrity guest at a local chicken shop for a “date,” and is known to be very funny.

The topic centered on dating, and fans got some major TMI, including the idol’s thoughts on a sexy versus a cute guy, with Jennie picking sexy because she said, “Sexy guys don’t know they are sexy, but cute guys know they are cute.”

When the host joked that having a crush makes you “feel alive…”

Jennie responded, “I haven’t been on a date in a very long time, so this is exhilarating,” seemingly hitting back at all the rumors in the past.
