BLACKPINK Jisoo‘s dramatic makeup transformation by a top YouTuber has come under serious backlash.

BLACKPINK’s Jisoo | sooyaaa__/InstagramRecently, Jisoo appeared on the YouTube channel of famous makeover guru Risabae, someone who is known for giving idols major transformations.

Netizens got to see the beauty of bare-faced Jisoo, showing off her insane visuals.

In the end, Jisoo was transformed with a look that seemed whimsical and wouldn’t be out of place in a fairytale.

However, it sparked major criticism from fans towards Risabae.

Some thought that she had made Jisoo look worse, claiming that the star does the same kind of makeup (which is more suited to her own visuals) on every idol, no matter what they look like. Others explained that Jisoo looked better before, even adding that Risabae’s skills in makeup seemed to be overestimated.
