Is it a “rich people thing”, or…?

BLACKPINK Lisa‘s recent Instagram post has some fans questioning her taste, and that of “rich people” in general.

On February 25, Lisa posted a new photo dump captioned, “I’m in my Tokyo era, baby.” Some fans have connected Lisa’s recent trip to Japan to her love life because “DREAM”–her 2025 breakup song–mentions Tokyo, Japan.

Are you always gonna hate me for that night in Tokyo?

However, that’s not the only reason why Lisa’s post is getting attention.
Reactions to Lisa’s strawberry pasta dish have been mixed at best…

…with some finding it aesthetically unappealing and others labelling it as a “rich people” thing.

Some netizens pointed out that strawberries with spaghetti isn’t necessarily a “rich people” meal, but rather a dish from Polish cuisine called Makaron z truskawkami (“pasta with strawberries”). Even so, others argued that the dish doesn’t always look like what Lisa ate.
I searched it up, pasta with strawberries is actually a dish that originated in Poland

but it’s not like in this picture, we eat it with strawberries, sour cream and sugar + usually different type of pasta not spaghetti
