BTS’s Jungkook Teaches An “Infamous” Flirting Technique To His Members

BTS sat down for Wired‘s “Autocomplete Interview,” where they answered fan questions pulled from Google autocomplete searches. Inquiring minds wanted to know, among other things, what Suga is afraid of. He said he hates amusement park rides and heights.

V pointed out that Suga is also afraid of making eye contact. Suga agreed that he gets “a bit scared” while doing that, and when they perform their new song “Hooligan,” he looks at the dancer’s lower lip instead of their eyes.

Jungkook jumped into the conversation, pointing out that looking at someone’s lips can be interpreted as flirting. V asked, “How are you supposed to look?” and Jungkook was happy to explain.

“You look at the left eye, then the lips, then the right eye,” Jungkook said. “That’s a V,” V replied, but Jungkook clarified, “It’s a triangle.” 

Two of the older members, RM and Suga, seemed doubtful, with RM comparing the triangle flirting technique to picking a fight. The difference, according to Jungkook, is that when you do the triangle, you’re supposed to smile at the end.

Fans are loving the members’ reactions and the fact that Jungkook knows about this “infamous” technique.
