Buckle up, ARMY. For this Halloween, we’re traveling back in time!
Every year, K-Pop fans brainstorm creative ways to show love for their favorite idols while dressing up for Halloween. Given that BTS debuted 11 years ago, ARMYs have plenty of outfits and memes to choose from, including the McDonald’s BTS Meal…

This year, a pair of ARMYs on TikTok (@kaimonic) decided to take inspiration from BTS’s rookie era. Back when BTS were rookies, the members often wore jerseys, shirts, and jackets with their group name printed on the front and their individual names printed on the back.
These fans, who dressed up as 2013 Jimin and Jungkook, wore black-and-white BTS clothing, baseball caps, and chunky chains that defined the group’s debut era.
Fellow ARMYs were delighted to see these looks make a comeback as costumes — but that’s not the best part.
The TikTok also referenced a BANGTANTV Log from Valentine’s Day 2014 by using a soundbite from the video. In it, Jimin says, “Today was Valentine’s Day,” just before the song “F**kin’ Problems” by A$AP Rocky begins playing in the background.

Jimin’s mention of Valentine’s Day, followed by A$AP Rocky rapping, “I love bad b*tches, that’s my f*ckin’ problem” instantly became meme material. It’s still entertaining fans a decade later!
