On 30th August 2025, just 8 days from Baekhyun’s Reverie concert, another EXO member was here! This time it was Kyungsoo. In fact, he returns almost a year after Bloom which is pretty quick considering how often Malaysia tends to get skipped. While the previous concert leaned on intimacy and nostalgia, this year’s concert brought a noticeable upgrade in energy! From his opening song to the final encore, Kyungsoo performed with a sense of quiet confidence that put his fans at ease.
What Was The “DO it!” Setlist Like?
The concert flowed in segments, moving from upbeat, fun tracks into sultry mid-tempo songs and finally into ballads which showcased DO’s emotional depth. Among the concert’s highlights were the must-not-be-missed “Popcorn” (with its hilarious fanchant), “5 Minutes” (a fun, upbeat crowd energizer), “That’s Okay” (the fans’ favourite ballad) and “In Another Life”(whereby the stage was bathed in dreamy hues of purple, green, and blue).
The stage was anything but minimal. Fans were treated to confetti showers, bubbles and bursts of pyrotechnics. One memorable moment came during “It’s Love,” where Kyungsoo was hoisted against a dreamy moonlit backdrop after jokingly saying “Leklu” .
Did Kyungsoo have any Talking Ments?
Absolutely. Between songs, he bantered with fans in his usual warm and humorous way. He shared an interesting TMI about his new in-ear monitors after 10 years, which now feature a white dot. As a known foodie, he also cheekily proclaimed he had satay for lunch and recommended laksa for dinner (since he has yet to try it), winning laughter and applause from the crowd.
How Did Fans Show Up?
The crowd followed a fresh dress code of white with hints of greens, olives and yellows, creating a clean aesthetic which filled up the arena. Fans stood up for many of the upbeat songs, making the night feel even more alive than last year’s. There was also several fan projects, one which included the fans taking him on dates across Malaysia, showcasing local sights and food!
