EXO’s Kai Returns with Pre-Release Track, New Album and Massive Tour

EXO’s Kai is hitting the ground running after his military discharge! SM Entertainment has announced his fourth mini-album, Wait On Me, will drop on April 21st, featuring seven tracks, including the title song.

This marks his first solo project in two years since Rover in March 2023, and fans are eagerly awaiting his new music.

Ahead of the official album drop, Kai will pre-release the track Adult Swim on April 3. The song is described as an upbeat pop track with a simple yet energetic drum loop, creating a unique and immersive listening experience. The lyrics poetically compare the feeling of deep love to two people swimming fearlessly underwater, capturing both a languid and exhilarating atmosphere. Wait On Me will feature a total of seven tracks, including the title track of the same name. Pre-orders for the album have already begun across various online and offline music stores, signaling strong anticipation from fans worldwide.

Following his comeback, Kai is set to embark on his 2025 KAI SOLO CONCERT TOUR <Kaion>, marking his long-awaited return to the global stage. The tour kicks off in Seoul on May 17-18 and will take him to 10 major cities across Asia, including Kuala Lumpur, Macau, Jakarta, Singapore, Taipei, Manila, Bangkok, Yokohama, and Hong Kong.
