Its tracklist consists of "ETERNAL," "Vitamin ME," "Pocket Treat," "Blue Heart," "Screen Time," "Teacher," "Cold Blood," "Why do I cry?," "Day 1" and "Wonderland."Several songs place particular members together. "Cold Blood" features Chaeyoung, Nagyung and Jiheon, while "Why do I cry?" pairs Hayoung and Jiwon.Glow ME follows the group's first studio album, Unlock My World, released in June 2023.
