Girl Group Idol Gives Birth To Second Child After Overcoming Pain Of Miscarriage

A K-Pop girl group idol has now given birth to her second child after suffering a miscarriage previously.

On the 1st, Tahiti‘s Jisoo shared the news of her delivery on her social media account, saying, “Thank you to everyone who congratulated me. I am now a mom of two sons.”

She added candidly about the birth and her current condition, “When I had my first child, I missed my mom so much, but after having my second, I miss my first child even more. Ppo Ppo (the baby’s nickname) was born ten days earlier than the scheduled induction date, but both Ppo Ppo and I are healthy.”

She also expressed her determination as a mother of two, saying, “I will raise them healthily and properly.”

Jisoo is currently working as a Pilates instructor. She got married in 2021 and welcomed her first son in 2024.

Last year, Jisoo experienced the pain of a miscarriage due to poor egg quality while pregnant with her second child. At the time, she shared her heartbreaking feelings, saying, “Did I fail to protect this child? I blamed myself, felt guilty, and was sometimes very sorry. I had surgery without seeing the placenta or the baby, but I believe that a beautiful baby angel will come to me someday. Until then, I will work out hard and eat healthy food, so please come home quickly with a packed lunch box.“
