KPop Demon Hunters is one of the hottest movies right now on Netflix. About a demon hunter trio called HUNTR/X, the girls also double as a girl group. A group of demons try to steal souls by posing as a new boy band, The Saja Boys.

Amongst one of the iconic scenes is one where the boys perform “Your Idol.” They dress up in gats and hanboks to deliver the hit song.

After the movie hit mainstream success, HYBE decided to release a video TXT filmed in 2022. They had filmed it in 2022, but it was unable to be released due to a tragic incident on Halloween in Itaewon that year. HYBE had named it “Demon Hunters ver,” in reference to the show. The boys wear hanboks and go back and forth between good and evil, just like The Saja Boys.

Fans who also saw the similarities were thrilled. They even made an edit of “Your Idol” with the released clip. It fit perfectly.
