A HYBE producer is being slammed for his now-deleted post about NJZ (NewJeans) amid the ongoing feud with ADOR, but netizens have defended him.
On April 15, users online claimed that a HYBE producer was seen “attacking” the mascot of NJZ, known as Bunini. The mascot is known to fans and is very public, with an appearance in a public store.

He sparked criticism for aggressively jumping at the mascot of the group, especially in the midst of an ongoing battle with the company.

Netizens shared their anger at the behavior of the producer, especially considering the maliciousness of his actions were against idols much younger than him.
Mind you. A middle age male (42 years old), a HYBE producer did this kind of sickening thing on PUBLIC on SOCIAL MEDIA. Imagine how that building's employees treated Njz behind. Im really want to vomit. 🤢 https://t.co/4E0JrFZp0F

It feels like no one in that building has a mental age over three. https://t.co/rFJKvT8GvD

Yet, following the allegations, Korean fans shared past photos from the producer, sharing that they had always supported NJZ and his love of products associated with rabbits, including Kuromi and Sylvanian families.

Netizens defended the HYBE producer, hitting back at the fans.

-
“He even congratulated them on their debut, seriously lololol this is so malicious. Bunnies are still out here trying to sway public opinion, it’s honestly infuriating.”
-
“Typical NewJeans fans… going after regular people again like it’s nothing.”
-
“But if you actually watch the video… it’s a different story.”
-
“HYBE should really press charges against some of their own employees. Digging through staff’s social media to witch-hunt them is completely unhinged.”

- “He’s just a guy who likes cute stuff. Unfortunately, he got targeted by a gangster-like fandom… sigh.”
The group recently went on hiatus following a ruling from the court.
