The conversation started with Jang asking about royalties from his summertime BOP “Mommae,” and Jay Park responded, saying that it still brought in seasonal income.

Next, the host asked him directly about the speculations regarding his wealth. “How much have you accumulated?” she asked him plainly, to which Park answered, “I’m not very sure about it.” The singer explained that despite his significant career earnings, he has never been obsessed with money. Instead, he liked focusing on working hard and having a healthy life. Since his father handled his finances, he wasn’t too involved in it.

However, Jang persistently asked him about the rumors suggesting his net worth was around ₩13.0 billion KRW (about $9.05 million USD). Park then admitted that the number might be higher, though he wasn’t really sure of the exact figure.

I don’t know. I don’t have a lot of assets other than cash. I don’t know the exact number, but I’ve been active for a long time, so I think it’s probably more than KRW 13 Billion.
