Veteran K-Drama director Ahn Pan Seok, the creative force behind "Behind the White Tower," "Secret Affair," and "Something in the Rain," has died at 65.Ahn passed away on August 12 after suffering a cerebral hemorrhage in July and being hospitalized for treatment. Reports also said he had been receiving treatment after being diagnosed with lung cancer last year.The production team of his upcoming ENA drama "Love Doctor" confirmed his death and asked the media to respect the privacy of his grieving family.The director's passing comes shortly before the planned October premiere of "Love Doctor." Starring Kim So Hyun and Choo Young Woo, the series will now serve as Ahn's final work.
