K-Pop Idol-Turned-Actress Divulges Her Strict Self-Management Routine

An idol-turned-actress revealed her rigorous self-management routine that she has maintained since her debut, drawing attention from netizens.

On July 15th, a video featuring Son Naeun, former Apink member who now actively promote as an actress, was uploaded on YouTube.

In the video, Son Naeun enjoyed a cheat day while shopping at a convenience store with Ha Ji Young.

Son Naeun said, “Honestly, since my debut, I’ve never cooked and eaten instant ramen by myself. I’ve never even finished a cup of ramen. I felt like I shouldn’t eat it. When I really want it, I take a bite from someone else’s,” surprising viewers.

She went on to say, “Recently, while filming Manager Kim, it was so cold in winter and my body was exhausted from action scenes, so I really craved ramen. For the first time, I went to a convenience store and ate a large cup of ramen with the staff.”
