K-pop’s iconic co-ed group KARD is officially back in action, kicking off their long-awaited return with the reveal of the promotion scheduler for their 8th mini album, DRIFT.
At the stroke of midnight on June 11, KARD (BM, J.Seph, Jeon So-min, and Jeon Ji-woo) dropped a teaser scheduler via their official social media channels, setting the stage for an exciting comeback rollout. The scheduler, designed with a vintage torn-paper aesthetic, immediately drew attention for its stylish visuals and detailed timeline.
According to the schedule, fans can look forward to a series of reveals starting with the tracklist on June 13, followed by a concept spoiler, concept photos, highlight medley, and a music video teaser. One particularly intriguing item on the timeline is labeled “How We Drifted,” sparking curiosity about what mysterious content KARD has in store.
Alongside the album promotions, KARD is also gearing up for the launch of their 2025 world tour, starting with the ‘DRIFT’ concert in Seoul on July 19. The tour will coincide with the album release, promising a double dose of excitement for fans.
DRIFT follows KARD’s previous album Where To Now? (Part. 1: Yellow Light), released in August 2024. The new album is said to deepen the group’s thematic exploration of the question, “Where are we headed?”—a continuation of their signature blend of introspective storytelling, edgy visuals, and genre-bending sounds.
With their global appeal and bold artistic identity, KARD is set to “drift” once again into the hearts of fans around the world. Their 8th mini album DRIFT will be available on major streaming platforms starting July 2 at 6 PM (KST).
