Since Manon’s abrupt hiatus announcement, there have been multiple speculations about her participation in Coachella, a stage she had mentioned multiple times as her dream one. While initially there were reports about her joining the KATSEYE members on stage, HYBE later told media outlets that her hiatus was still in effect. On April 10, when the group finally took the stage at Coachella, fans were left heartbroken to see that Manon was ultimately excluded from the performance.

This heartbreak became amplified when some festival-goers spotted Manon in the crowd. Multiple photos of the singer surfaced online, where she was standing in the audience during Sabrina Carpenter’s performance. The pictures also showed her interacting with singer Chapelle Roan, while some eyewitnesses also reported seeing her with Ice Spice.

Some fans felt that Manon must have been upset to see her group perform on stage without her, while others praised her “dgaf” attitude.
