“KPop Demon Hunters”‘s Saja Boys Make History, Join BTS In Exclusive Achievement Club

Saja Boys are everything.

Recently, Netflix‘s latest hit movie, KPop Demon Hunters, has been a hot topic as it continues to top Netflix’s film chart.

KPop Demon Hunters is about a K-Pop girl group who live double lives as demon hunters, facing a rival boy group who are soul sucking demons. The movie has topped Netflix in at least 22 countries worldwide since its June 20th release, with many hopes for a sequel due to the film’s ending.

In addition to topping film charts, the music from the film has also attracted much attention.

Along with a host of talented voice actors, each of the idols on screen had another actor to voice their singing.

Of the movie’s score, HUNTR/X’s “Golden” and Saja Boys’ “Your Idol” seem to have had the most success, achieving peaks on various charts around the world.

However, Saja Boys just achieved a feat no other group has done, besides BTS.

BTS are the most streamed group in Spotify history, ranking amongst some of the biggest solo pop acts. Of their achievements, BTS have had two songs reach the top ten on U.S Spotify’s chart: “Dynamite” and “Boy With Luv,” and are the only Korean Boy group to have done so.

As of June 26, Saja Boys have joined BTS in this feat, ranking 8th in the chart with “Your Idol.”

Technically, the Saja Boys are also the first fifth generation group to do this as well.

With how popular the series and the Saja Boys are, it is not a surprise that the achievements have been hit!
