Celebrity couple Lee Da In and Lee Seung Gi have recently signed a contract for a luxury villa in the affluent Hannam-dong neighborhood in Seoul. The villa is located in UN Village, home to the rich and famous. It was confirmed that Lee Seung Gi signed a jeonse lease for a two-storeyed apartment at La Nouveau Hannam.

Jeonse is a Korean lease system where one pays a hefty, but refundable deposit, rather than purchasing the unit outright. He had lived with Lee Da In in his own purchased apartment in Samsung-dong for a year since their marriage, but it seems like they will be moving soon.
