NewJeans member Danielle has expressed gratitude to the fans who sent supportive messages while she was having a difficult time.

On May 8, 2024, Danielle interacted with fans through the fan communication platform Phoning. She revealed how happy she was to see Bunnies (their fandom), saying, "I was really happy to see everyone yesterday."

The previous day, May 7, was the birthday live-stream event for member Minji. All five members came together and interacted with fans to ring on Minji's birthday.

Danielle mentioned, "Some Bunnies were worried because I was quieter than usual. I'm really grateful for your concern and support."

She asked the fans not to worry, saying, "Although my heart has been heavy these days, please don't worry. We are all practicing hard and preparing for you, Bunnies. There's a lot we want to show you in the future, so please look forward to it." She then sent a flurry of heart emojis.

In other news, Danielle has been chosen as the sole MC for KBS2's "Korea on Stage." As the host, Danielle will also serve as a special presenter, speaking in English to introduce the greatness of Korea's national heritage to the world. The event will be streamed live on May 21.

NewJeans released the music video for their new song "Bubblegum" on April 27. They are scheduled to make their official Japan debut with a fan meeting, "Bunnies Camp 2024 Tokyo Dome," at Tokyo Dome on June 26 and 27.

Afterwards, the group is scheduled to release another Korean single on May 24. The girl is scheduled to release an album in the second half of 2024.

Back in April, HYBE filed a complaint for alleged breach of duty against Min Hee Jin, the CEO of ADOR, and the company's management team at the Yongsan Police Station in Seoul. In retaliation, Min Hee Jin held an urgent press conference on April 25.

She denied the allegations levied against her, saying, "It's not true. Dismissing a CEO with good performance is the real breach of duty." ADOR's board of directors, including Min Hee Jin, has notified HYBE that they will hold a board meeting in Seoul on the morning of May 10.
