ONF Sets the Stage for Their Bold New Journey with 2nd Studio Album Later This Month

ONF’s new concepts for ONF: MY IDENTITY promise an exciting new chapter, as they embark on their journey of self-discovery and greater heights.

On the 6th, ONF released the concept clip and photos for the ONF: MY IDENTITY ‘FIND THE ROUTE’ version through their official SNS. In the concept clip, the members appear in a space with a chessboard floor, reflecting a serious and contemplative mood. They disrupt the order of the chessboard by becoming the pieces themselves, moving, and even placing furniture such as sofas and chairs on the board. This reflects the members’ journey of breaking free from standardized expectations and finding their own way.

The clip ends with the line, “BEYOND THE GRID, WE TAKE THE FIRST STEP TOWARD OUR OWN PATH,” foreshadowing ONF’s intent to carve out a new, unique path beyond the conventional.

The concept photos reveal the members in striking suit-based styling with bold, vibrant colors. Objects such as a globe, telescope, and chessboard, which appeared in the clip, appear again in the photos, symbolizing their exploration of new routes.

ONF: MY IDENTITY is ONF’s first album in about 10 months since their mini-album BEAUTIFUL SHADOW. With this album, ONF aims to elevate their unique worldview while solidifying their strengthened identity. Fans are now eagerly awaiting the next concepts to be revealed.

Meanwhile, on the 8th, ONF revealed the ‘PLANT YOUR FLAG’ version concept clip and photos. In this clip, the members wear matching denim outfits and run together, holding flags, emphasizing their unity. The clip showcases the team’s strong bond while also revealing the members’ forward-moving, ambitious attitude.

The clip ends with the phrase, “Plant my flag on uncharted ground and soar even higher,” hinting that ONF is preparing to rise to greater heights by boldly planting their flag in unknown territory.

The concept photos show the six members seated atop structures as though they have conquered them. Their intense gazes and confident postures draw attention, and the flag displayed at the highest point bears the word ‘IDENTITY,’ adding a sense of grandeur to the visuals.

ONF: MY IDENTITY represents the group’s firm commitment to their strengthened identity. With the teaser content signaling a more profound worldview, anticipation continues to build for the final concept clips and photos that will offer more insights into the album.
