K-Pop icon SE7EN and his actress wife Lee Da Hae have been revealed to be “rich in buildings.” A News1 report shared that the couple now owns three buildings in Seoul’s most expensive districts, Gangnam and Mapo, making them real estate owners with assets worth ₩32.5 billion KRW (about $23.2 million USD).
Actress Lee Da Hae | @leedahey4eva/InstagramNews1 reported that, according to Building Road Real Estate Brokerage Firm, on May 18, 2025 (KST), Lee Da Hae closed the deal on a seven-story new construction in Gangnam for ₩16.0 billion KRW (about $11.4 million USD). She is said to have paid the full amount in cash under a corporate name.
Before purchasing this building, the actress sold another one of her properties and made an estimated capital gain of around ₩20.0 billion KRW (about $14.3 million USD). Lee Da Hae owns another building near Gangnam-gu Office Station, which she had built herself in 2018. She purchased the land in 2014 for around ₩3.30 billion KRW (about $2.36 million USD), and the building is now estimated to be worth around ₩7.50 billion KRW (about $5.36 million USD).

The two were recently seen celebrating their second wedding anniversary with a grand party at their luxurious ₩4.60 billion KRW (about $3.29 million USD) home.
