Recently, an update was announced in SUPER JUNIOR Siwon‘s legal case against malicious commenters.

Last year, Super Junior’s Siwon was involved in several controversies, the first sparked by his show of support following controversial right-wing figure Charlie Kirk’s death. After this, he was criticized over his social media activity, which included allegedly racist and Islamophobic posts, along with other behaviors.

It was recently shared that Siwon began legal action against ten individuals for comments related to his controversies, including remarks like “Leave Super Junior,” “If you want to do politics, become a politician,” and “Are you still an idol just for the money?”

The update also stated that Siwon successfully able to petition for the identities of the commenters to be revealed in a U.S court, allowing his case to continue forward.
