POW returns with ‘Being Tender,’ their third EP, blending youthful energy, emotional growth, and European summer vibes.

Just in time for summer, rising K-pop group POW is asking a bold question: what does it mean to be tender? Their third EP, Being Tender, arrives as a sparkling answer, layered with warmth, sincerity, and the glow of personal growth.

Blending their signature “POW-teen” identity with a dash of European youth culture, the four-track project radiates with easygoing charm and emotional openness. From shimmering synths to heartfelt lyrics, Being Tender captures the group’s spirit as they continue creating culture, one vulnerable moment at a time.

The title track, “Being Tender,” sets the tone with its bright keyboard lines and lively rhythm. Co-produced by members YORCH and JUNGBIN, the song is rooted in real-life reflections about learning to open up to someone special. It’s an effortless blend of breezy production and introspective storytelling, offering listeners both a sonic escape and something more grounded to hold on to.

Next comes “Reason,” a soft yet rhythmic track built around a gentle piano melody, crisp vocals, and a playful bass line. With lyrics that express unwavering support, it’s a comforting promise to fans—proof that POW’s warmth doesn’t end with the music.

Shifting gears, “Celebrate” infuses R&B and hip-hop energy into the mix with punchy 808s and an upbeat groove. Lyrically aligned with the group’s motto, “Creating Culture Everyday,” the track invites listeners to find something worth dancing for in their daily lives. It’s vibrant, bold, and full of the optimism POW is known for.

Closing out the EP is “Fingerprint,” a trumpet-tinged ballad that celebrates shared memories and the journey still ahead. Nostalgic and hopeful, it’s a love letter to their fans and a reminder of the lasting imprint they’ve made on each other.

With Being Tender, POW captures the essence of summer not just through sound, but also through sentiment. It’s youthful yet reflective, bubbly yet grounded—an album that proves vulnerability can be its own kind of power.
