Recently, a member of IDID, Park Junhwan, has been the target of serious allegations.

Ahead of the group’s official debut, alleged former classmates of Junhwan have shared stories about the idol from his past. In addition to allegedly harassing women, the classmates claim that the idol had an intense obsession with women and that he sexually assaulted an ex-girlfriend.

Also exposed recently were messages sent allegedly by Junhwan on his social media accounts where he expressed misogynist thoughts.  Some of the messages appear to be between him and friends, using sexist language.

Friend: ???
Friend: Are you insane?

Another set of messages allegedly show him threatening and harassing someone who had information on him that he did not want revealed. He even seems to insult the person’s appearance while also asking if they wanted to have sex.

Junhwan: Want to have sex with me?

Junhwan: I wish you were dead.
Junhwan: If you expose the N incident, you’re seriously fucked.

IDID are set to debut in the second half of 2025, but are currently active with pre-debut activities. They were formed through Starship Entertainment’s survival program Debut Plan.
