[Review] This & That – Stray Kids

Nine months on from the release of their second mixtape, DO IT (which features the singles Do It and DIVINE), and just days since the release of their fourth compilation album, SKZ-Replay 2026 Part. 1, Stray Kids make their grand return with This & That, the title of both their latest single and their 10th mini-album. This new mini-album also features the pre-release track RUN IT, which dropped a couple of weeks ago in preparation for the new mini-album. At the time of writing this review, I had only a couple of listens to the new song. Thus, the following are my initial impressions. I already hear the potential for This & That to grow on me (so my impression of This & That is likely to change), which is thanks to the chorus. But it is the same sequence that also emphasises one characteristic of This & That that leaves me ‘umming and erring’ – This & That feels very neutral and flat. Despite the synth work coming together to create a neat, groovy hip-hop background, there isn’t anything substantial to remember the song by.
