RIIZE Raises The Energy With ‘DO YOUR DANCE’

Today, global K-pop sensation RIIZE releases their second mini album “II” – listen HERE via SM Entertainment and RCA Records, alongside the official music video for the title track ‘Do your dance’. Watch HERE.

Spanning six tracks, “II” offers the clearest and most authentic reflection of RIIZE today. Now in their fourth year, RIIZE has continued to grow through music and performance, staying true to their debut philosophy of “Rise & Realize.” With “II”, the group embraces “Rise to Realize” — the idea that you discover who you are as you move forward. The album is about letting go of overthinking, trusting your instincts, taking action, and allowing the journey to shape you. 

At the center of the album is title track ‘Do your dance’, a high-energy dance track that celebrates the freedom of moving with confidence and being yourself without overthinking. Built around RIIZE’s signature performance appeal, the song channels an effortless, carefree, and unapologetically bold energy. RIIZE described ‘Do your dance’ as a track filled with memorable moments, from its addictive “Head, hips, shoulders, toes” hook to its standout choreography and high-energy performance. They added, “The message behind ‘Like a pro’ is that you don’t need to be perfect to enjoy something. We hope everyone can let go of overthinking, have fun with the choreography, and dance with us.” 

The music video puts the group’s performance strength and confident choreography front and center, using dynamic camerawork and a one-take-style approach. It was directed by longtime collaborator Jinuya, who previously worked with RIIZE on ‘Siren’, ‘Memories’, ‘Get A Guitar’, and ‘Impossible’. While the chorus features catchy and easily replicable choreography, the high-impact dance breaks and dynamic formations highlight RIIZE’s versatility, charisma, and performance-driven appeal. 

“II” also showcases the group’s expanding musical range across its six tracks. The album opens with ‘SOAR’, a fast-paced alternative rock-inspired track that captures the group’s fearless drive to keep rising higher, before moving into the title track ‘Do your dance’. Elsewhere, RIIZE bring breezy bass house energy on ‘D-D-Done’, push forward with heavy bass and beat switches on the R&B hip-hop track ‘Overdrive’, and channel a funky groove on ‘Like a Bomb’. The project closes with ‘In a Loop’, a bright pop anthem that ends the album on a hopeful, uplifting note. 

The release follows the major success of RIIZE’s first full-length album “ODYSSEY”, which became the group’s third consecutive million-selling release, and their November single ‘Fame’. Earlier this year, RIIZE further expanded their global presence as the first K-pop boy group to appear at Lollapalooza festivals across Latin America. With “II”, the group enters a bold new summer chapter, bringing their confident energy and performance-driven identity to fans around the world.
