On May 14 at around 6:52 p.m. KST, the music video for “APT.” officially surpassed 1.6 billion views on YouTube—achieving the milestone in just six months and 26 days (or 208 days) since the music video’s release on October 18, 2024 at 1 p.m. KST.
With this achievement, “APT.” is now the fastest female music video of all time to reach 1.6 billion views on YouTube. It also ranks as the third fastest music video overall to hit the mark, following only Luis Fonsi’s “Despacito” featuring Daddy Yankee and Ed Sheeran’s “Shape of You.”
