TODAY’s COMEBACK: Zico Celebrates 10th Anniversary With “SPOT!” Featuring Jennie

Artist and producer Zico will release his new song “SPOT! (feat. JENNIE)” at 6 PM today.

Zico, who is making a comeback 1 year and 9 months after the mini album Grown Ass Kid released in July 2022, shared his thoughts on releasing the new song through his agency KOZ Entertainment.

He said, “I still can’t believe that full-scale comeback activities have begun. I hope that those who have been waiting for the new song will like it a lot. As soon as I finished this song, I thought without a doubt that it was chosen well.”

He went on to explain, “The attractive point of this song is the exquisite combination created by two artists, Zico and Jennie, who are intuitively excited with a simple arrangement.”

He added, “I wanted to make a song that you wouldn’t get tired of even if you play it repeatedly. We boldly removed unnecessary sources and focused more on the parts we wanted to emphasize.”

Zico’s 11th digital single “SPOT! (feat. JENNIE)” is a hip-hop genre song in which Jenny featured, and contains an unaffected moment between two friends who happened to meet at a party late at night.

This is his way of celebrating the 10th anniversary of his solo debut this year.

At 10 PM today, KBS 2TV’s ‘The Seasons – Zico’s Artist’, in which Zico was selected as MC, will be aired for the first time. On this day’s broadcast, Zico performed his new song “SPOT! (feat. JENNIE)” for the first time.
