Two images — which compare Zhou Anxin’s old appearance to his current visuals — have quickly spread among Korean netizens through popular community site Pann. The comments are full of criticism and plastic surgery speculation.

The viral post itself has triggered the allegations after sharing how stunned they were by the contrast between his pre-debut and current photos.

This male idol’s plastic surgery results are insane. As expected, the eyes and nose completely change his entire face.

Many pointed out how different his facial structure and features appeared, while others questioned whether his transformation was purely the result of styling and maturity. The post has since gained over 67,000 views and hundreds of upvotes, proving just how much attention the topic has attracted.

Though some defended the idol, suggesting that makeup, lighting, and training could have played a major role in his current appearance, others weren’t as forgiving, bluntly saying the changes were too drastic to be natural.

  • “They say her face is all-natural, so maybe the other guy’s natural too. Why are you making such a fuss?”
  • “Still, his original features were already strong — his eyes, nose, and overall proportions were good, so it probably worked out for him. Otherwise, most people who get plastic surgery usually end up looking worse.”
  • “The old photo is such a turn off.”
  • “Honestly, with stage makeup, he looked about the same even before the surgery.”
  • “Wait, is that Zhou Anxin? WTF?”

Even though the boy group has just debuted following the finale of BOYS PLANET II, the young stars aren’t spared from the intense scrutiny K-Pop idols face over their apperances.
