Singer-songwriter Alex Warren stuns fans with the surprise release of his highly anticipated collaboration “On My Mind” featuring global K-pop icon ROSÉ. The emotional duet drops ahead of Warren’s upcoming full-length album You’ll Be Alright, Kid, set for release on July 18.
Teased subtly on social media over the past few weeks, the track has had fans buzzing with excitement—and it delivers. Produced by hitmakers Ammo and John Ryan, “On My Mind” is a sweeping, emotionally charged love song that fuses Warren’s anthemic pop sensibilities with ROSÉ’s ethereal vocals. The pairing creates a compelling and poignant listen that’s already making waves. The Colin Tilley-directed music video brings their story to life in stunning cinematic fashion.
“On My Mind” is one of the standout tracks from You’ll Be Alright, Kid, which will feature songs from last fall’s Chapter 1 alongside 11 new tracks. Among them: the record-breaking smash “Ordinary” and emotional powerhouse “Bloodline (with Jelly Roll)”. Most of the album was co-written by Warren, Cal Shapiro, and Mags Duval, with Adam Yaron at the helm of production. While Chapter 1 dealt with grief and loss, the upcoming album leans into healing, hope, and growth.
Warren’s breakthrough hit “Ordinary” has become a global sensation since its release in February. With nearly 1 billion streams to date, the track has held the #1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 for three weeks, and remains at the top across the Spotify Global Top 50, UK Singles Chart, and Top 40 Radio. It’s the longest-running No.1 in the UK by a U.S. male soloist this decade, now reclaiming the top spot for a 13th week. In Australia, “Ordinary” is also making history with one of the longest continuous #1 runs of the 2020s.
The emotional follow-up, “Bloodline (with Jelly Roll)”, stormed the Spotify U.S. and Global charts upon release, becoming the top debut on May 23 with nearly 3 million first-day streams. The medieval-inspired music video, directed by B.K. Barone, features both artists in a striking narrative performance.
On the live front, Warren recently made his award show debut with a powerful appearance at the 2025 American Music Awards and wowed audiences with his Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon performance of “Ordinary.” He also surprised fans during Coachella season with an intimate live version of the song alongside Ed Sheeran at a local bar.
Warren wrapped the first leg of his Cheaper Than Therapy Tour, with stops across Europe and North America, and just announced a 15-date U.S. extension kicking off this August.
With You’ll Be Alright, Kid on the horizon and today’s dreamy duet with ROSÉ, Alex Warren is carving out a space at the top of global pop—and he’s just getting started.
