In K-Pop, it’s natural for idols to support each other, whether through a simple mention, a sweet message, or by attending each other’s concerts. It’s heartwarming to see these artists show their friendship in various ways. Just recently, one star’s support of another has caught the eye of an entire fandom.
EXO’s SeHun was spotted at a concert for Lay‘s “GRANDLINE 5 Monkey King Rocking the Heavenly Palace” tour. Seeing this, fans immediately posted their reactions on social media, creating a buzz for the two.
SeHun And Lay In One Picture
SeHun and Lay’s history runs deep, having both debuted as members of EXO. However, it’s been quite a while since the two have stood on stage and performed together. Despite focusing on their own respective careers, they’ve remained supportive of each other’s activities.
Posting a picture together on the official EXO account caused a stir among K-Pop communities worldwide, with EXO-Ls celebrating their reunion. Many expressed how much they missed seeing the two together and hoped there would be more of these moments in the future.
And with Lay’s birthday on October 7th, fans have considered the photo a special gift, seeing SeHun and Lay in one frame. Though Lay left SM Entertainment, there was never an official announcement about him leaving the group. So fans remain hopeful that they may be able to stand on stage together once again.

SeHun has always been supportive of his hyungs, even during his military enlistment. He consistently found time to cheer them on in their various activities, including concert performances.
A recent post on X highlighted the maknae’s unwavering resolve to show up for his members in any way he could. And following his military discharge, SeHun even had the opportunity to perform with fellow member Kai at his own solo concert, “KAION”.
Growing up as a member of EXO, SeHun has formed long-lasting bonds with his members that he truly cherishes. Showing up at their concerts is a reflection of that and EXO-Ls love to see it.
EXO’s December Comeback
EXO recently dropped a teaser for an upcoming comeback in December, but due to several members leaving SM Entertainment, fans have been wondering how many will participate. Still, the members have continued to allude to their return, fueling fans’ hopes for a full stage with all of EXO.
Adding to EXO-L’s excitement, SeHun wasn’t the only EXO member seen at Lay’s concert — SuHo also attended at an earlier date. Though there are no confirmed details, these small interactions have strengthened fans’ hope for a nine-member comeback this December.
Other than the month, there are no concrete details about EXO’s return and only time will tell if all the speculations are true. Yet, the explosive hype surrounding just their announcement alone is proof of the group’s long-lasting impact. Despite K-Pop shift to the fifth generation and the rise of newer groups, EXO’s longevity and presence in the scene remains undeniable.
Now that SeHun has been discharged from the military, EXO has the opportunity to reunite as a group once more. With these touching interactions and the members’ ongoing solo promotions, fans will have plenty of EXO content to consume before their highly anticipated December comeback.
