Fans Furious At Poor Handling Of Carat Zone At SEVENTEEN’s Recent Concert

SEVENTEEN recently traveled to Singapore for their world tour, SEVENTEEN RIGHT HERE.

The boys will perform on January 25 and 26, 2024, performing at the national stadium to a crowd of thousands. The organizers set up a booth for Carat Zone, a booth available at every concert stop that provides membership holders with free photocards. These are considered precious as they are limited to each stop. The booth was open from 10am to 4pm on the day of the concert. Although some fans lined up since early hours, they failed to get their photocards as the booth closed at 4pm sharp.

Fans took to X to lament the situation.

CRAZYYYY they just closed the caratzone cause it's 4PM already they don't care about us at all we've been queuing since morning and the queue is not moving because of them but now they just closed their eyes and moved on… they said no more caratzone and good bye 💩… pic.twitter.com/y093T0W2O2

Despite the crowds lined up, the booth was closed off promptly.

Others called out the organizers for not helping to manage the crowd.

In all my caratzone experience Singapore is the WORST. Zero crowd control, no direction and even the security doesn’t know WHERE to direct people. VIP soundcheck crowd ended up getting mixed in the queues. Is this your first time holding a concert?? @OneProductionSG @livenationsg
