Min Hee Jin, former CEO of HYBE's label ADOR, is once again facing legal trouble.

A mediation session regarding the defamation lawsuit filed against Min will take place on January 6.

The lawsuit, raised by a former Ador employee, seeks approximately 100 million KRW ($75,000 USD) in damages against Min for defamation and false allegations.

The anonymous employee has accused the former CEO, currently caught up in legal troubles involving ADOR and girl group Jeanz, of secondary harm after being sexually assaulted by former Ador Vice President A.

It is reported that the former employee would be willing to settle if Min Hee Jin pleads guilty to her wrongdoing and offers a formal apology.

Min Hee Jin has not released any statements on her decision on the matter.

"We are not seeking monetary compensation, but rather Min Hee Jin to acknowledge her mistakes and offer an apology. It would be difficult to reach a financial settlement," said attorney Jeon Hyeong-hye, a legal representative of the former employee.

The results of the investigations from South Korea's labor office are expected to be announced later in January.
