On the 20th, HYBE, BTS’s agency, told OSEN, “Since it was a private conversation with an acquaintance, it was intended to express empathy, not to agree with any specific remarks from the other party.”

They added, “The artist also wanted to express dissatisfaction about the private conversation being submitted as court evidence without consent.”

Earlier, a media outlet reported that in the first trial ruling on the stock trading payment claim lawsuit Min Hee Jin filed against HYBE, the KakaoTalk conversation between V and Min had been accepted as evidence.
