IU Reveals Her Recent Weight Gain

Recently, IU posted a new video with some behind-the-scenes footage from her fan meeting.

During the video, IU was looking at herself in the camera.

The idol pointed out to a member of staff, “Don’t you think I look better today? I’ve gained some weight.” They also seemed as happy as IU that she had put on some weight as she responded, “I think I look better now.”

While some idols feel negative about it and want ways to lose it again, IU added, “I gained some weight mid-shoot, and they said I looked way better on camera!”

The idol then kept touching her cheeks which was described as “chubbier.”

IU has always been a great role model, and her reaction to the “weight gain” is truly healthy and positive despite the toxicity of the industry.
