Recently, an online community post went viral regarding comments posted under Big Hit Music’s rookie group CORTIS’s videos.

The OP expressed their frustration at the comments mainly being from BTS‘s Korean fandom, K-ARMYs, and wished they could ban them from leaving comments.

- “I’m an ARMY, and while I’m streaming your older brothers’ BTS, I’ll make sure to watch your music video. They are talented, and we should support the company’s maknaes.”
- “These boys were selected from the best…BTS has never caused problems with their character. Your talent is guaranteed, so please maintain character, and you will go far in the industry.”
- “All the members look like they came straight out of an animation. They are unreal, yet real. Their smiles are so pretty!”
- “You guys are all so handsome! You guys must be popular just like your hyungs, BTS. Where did Big Hit find these treasures!?”
- “The older brothers and younger brothers are taking over the world. With hyungs like this, these rookies must be crazy talented.”
- “The member who came out last is so cute. All their visuals are exotic.”

- “Keonho, don’t spit. You can end up at the bottom with even the smallest thing. Being young isn’t your shield. Since you are still young, think twice and consult with the agency. Although being young is nice, our country is still pretty conservative, don’t forget that.”
- “I have goosebumps…they really are BTS’s successors.”
With this, netizens were disgusted with the intentions of K-ARMYs.

- “I really hate them…”
- “Not only here, but they also go around on other idol comments and compare them to BTS…it’s disgusting.”
- “The way they talk sounds like they are pretty old…”
- “It’s crazy how they started stanning BTS…what route did they take?”
- “I’m not kidding when I say CORTIS members could be their son.”
- “When did BTS’s fandom become like this?”
- “But why? Why are BTS ARMYs suddenly so obsessed with CORTIS?”
