  • 20 to 40 minutes of Stairmaster
  • 20 to 40 minutes running
  • (total calories burned from cardio around 400kcal)
  • Situps 2 to 3 sets of 20
  • Side crunches 20 per side
  • Leg raise 3 sets of 10 raises and holding for 10 seconds
  • Seated row machine, 20kg, 3 sets of 10
  • Abductor for inner thighs, 20kg, 20 times
  • Abductor for outer thighs, 20kg, 20 times
  • Abductor for glutes, 35kg, 20 times
  • 50 crunches
  • 3 sets of 10 squats with weights
