- 20 to 40 minutes of Stairmaster
- 20 to 40 minutes running
- (total calories burned from cardio around 400kcal)
- Situps 2 to 3 sets of 20
- Side crunches 20 per side
- Leg raise 3 sets of 10 raises and holding for 10 seconds
- Seated row machine, 20kg, 3 sets of 10
- Abductor for inner thighs, 20kg, 20 times
- Abductor for outer thighs, 20kg, 20 times
- Abductor for glutes, 35kg, 20 times
- 50 crunches
- 3 sets of 10 squats with weights
