Along with being a huge group, NCT are also known for the music the group releases as a whole and in subunits.
In particular, fans love the “Neo” sound that releases often have, as well as the “noise” music that NCT 127 is known for featuring in their title tracks. Noise music is not inherently bad but often features experimental and subjective sounds.

Of their tracks, one that seemed to have the most polarizing opinions is also one of their most iconic, “Sticker,” from the album of the same name. The song features a flute and other instrumentals that come together in a way that only NCT 127 could pull off.

However, the biggest challengers to “Sticker” are none other than the members of NCT 127 (besides Taeyong) themselves, as seen in the first listen to the track.
you know who got sticker on first listen? taeyong! and that’s why only his opinion matters https://t.co/SJdUtc07G2

And out of the group, Doyoung seems to be the one who dislikes the track the most, or at least wonders why fans enjoy it.

Recently, Doyoung’s feelings towards the track were made more obvious than ever!
On April 9, the behind-the-scenes planning of NCT 127’s NEO CITY: THE MOMENTUM concert was released, showing the many steps that went into the concert.
The start of the video shows the group’s planning of the concert’s visuals and setlist. Doyoung mentions that fans would like to see “Sticker,” a thoughtfulness that is apparent based on what appears to be his reaction to thinking about the song.
Later, when talking about the setlist more in depth, Doyoung says that sometimes when his in-ears get off, sound of the piccolo gets louder, and leaves him feeling even more “drained out.”
However, for his love of the fans, Doyoung “endured” performing the song throughout the tour, and slayed while doing so!
