SHINee's Minho and Red Velvet's Irene are at the center of romance rumors once again.
The speculation sparked when the two SM Entertainment artists attended the SMTOWN Live 2025 concert in Seoul on January 11 and 12.
Following the two-day event, which celebrated the label's 30th anniversary, a slew of fancams shared by Pink Bloods (SM artists' fans) showcased Minho and Irene's chemistry, fueling questions about the real nature of their relationship.

In a viral video, the two were spotted side by side with their fellow SM artists to give their final bow to the audience at the event's conclusion.
However, unlike others, the senior and junior idols didn't hold hands. Just then, Irene tried to reach for his hands but failed. Minho, noticing her attempt, playfully tapped her head, making her smile.
When the clip made its rounds online, K-netz were surprised by the unexpected closeness between the two, as Irene is known for being distant and shy around men she's unfamiliar with.
Fans speculated that their closeness is due to them being same-age friends (both were born in 1991) under the label. Some, however, think that they are more than just friends.
In 2015, Minho and Irene's dating rumor started when Yeri, Red Velvet's maknae (youngest member), inadvertently revealed that the couple sweater she wore with Irene were gifts from the SHINee member.
It could've been brushed off as a harmless shoutout and a senior cheering for his juniors, but suspicions arose when Yeri shot an awkward glance at the Red Velvet leader as if it was meant to be a secret.
The romance rumors persisted through the years, as Irene and Minho consistently showed support for each other by attending each other's concerts and comeback showcases.
Amid the buzz, Shawols (SHINee's fandom) and ReVeluvs (Red Velvet's fans) are unfazed by the speculation.
"Nobody would have an issue if they are really dating," one fan declared.
"Let go of them. They are at the age where it wouldn't be even weird to have a child," wrote another.
"Look at their ages. I don't care if they're dating or not, but they're both at an age where it's okay to announce their marriage to whoever it is," asserted a netizen.
