THE BOYZ Officially Parts Ways With IST Entertainment + Deobis Divided In Their Reactions

THE BOYZ has officially left IST Entertainment, igniting divided reactions from fans.

On December 5, IST released an official statement announcing the departure of THE BOYZ from the company. The company shared that the exclusive contracts of all the members were terminated as agreed in their in-depth discussions.

IST then thanked THE BOYZ members for their efforts during their time under the agency and shared that it will continue to support the group in its next chapter.

"After engaging in long and thorough discussions with THE BOYZ members Sangyeon, Jacob, Younghoon, Hyunjae, Juyeon, Kevin, New, Q, Ju Hakinyeon, Sunwoo, and Eric about the expirations of their contracts, we have decided to terminate their exclusive contracts out of mutual respect for each other's wishes."

"We would like to thank THE BOYZ for their hard work from 2017 to the present," The agency added. "Although we will no longer be working with them, we will still support them in their endeavors in the future."

In a community forum, K-Deobis expressed their gratitude to IST Entertainment for supporting THE BOYZ in their journey.
