SBS has shared a new sneak peek of its upcoming drama “Spring of Youth”!
“Spring of Youth” will tell the story of Sa Gye (Ha Yoo Joon), a superstar and a member of K-pop’s most famous band, who is suddenly ousted from his group. When he ends up enrolling in college and navigating campus life for the first time, he falls for Kim Bom (Park Ji Hu) and joins a college band, reigniting his love for music.
The newly released teaser begins with Sa Gye and Kim Bom looking at each other while hiding from the rain under a large tree. Next, Kim Bom playfully salutes Seo Tae Yang (N.Flying’s Lee Seung Hyub), who seems thoroughly charmed by her cuteness as he breaks out into laughter. Sa Gye then declares in voice-over, “The fact that someone believes in me has explosive power, like dynamite!”
The video goes on to show Sa Gye jamming on his guitar while Kim Bom, a talented music student who is a gifted composer, plays the piano by his side. Emphasizing her passion for music, Kim Bom says, “I want to make music with someone who feels the same way that I do.” Seo Tae Yang, who similarly harbors a passion for music despite being a medical student, shares, “The place where I felt happy was on stage, playing music. That’s why I plan on doing what I love to do.”
After Sa Gye joins Kim Bom’s band, the two of them grow closer. Meanwhile, Kim Bom excitedly asks if the band is ready to tear up the stage—and from the glimpses of Sa Gye and Seo Tae Yang rocking out together, it appears that they are. The teaser ends with Sa Gye shly confessing, “I want to be in the same band with you for a long time.”
