Fans have been vocal on X, with many pointing the finger squarely at High Up Entertainment. Many believe the company has not pushed the group in what is now a highly competitive market.

This is totally @highup_ent fault, their incompetence is endless. If I, a random swith, can notice they're doing things wrong, why can't they? Is it on purpose?
Heads must be cut and start an agressive marketing , it isn't late https://t.co/47Z8Q19oT4 pic.twitter.com/ECLaMaaP0s

stayc is just 1 viral moment / challenge away from having a bigger success. with kpop now releasing an amazing song is just half the road to success.
but by being viral, even shitty songs are considered successful.
pls be more creative highup

Tbf their comeback wasn’t really promoted before they released the song

The figures raise serious questions about High Up Entertainment’s strategy for the beloved girl group. STAYC’s talent has never been in question, but without the promotional push to match, even strong releases can get lost in the noise.
