AHOF’s Steven Narrowly Defeats KickFlip’s KyeHoon In 5th-Gen Male Idol Leader Poll

Global fans have spoken, and one of the latest Kpopmap polls on “Which 5th Gen Male K-Pop Idol Leader Do You Admire The Most?” revealed a heated competition at the top, with AHOF’s Steven ultimately claiming first place.

The poll, which drew thousands of votes from global K-Pop fans, highlighted a mix of rising stars and established names in the 5th-generation, showcasing the evolving styles of leadership in the industry. Steven led the charge with 45.8% of total votes, praised by fans for his charisma, dedication to his group, and strong connection with their fans.

Right behind him, KyeHoon of KickFlip made an impressive showing with 44.2%, reflecting the growing momentum of his group and his ability to inspire both members and their fans “WeFlip“. Kazuta of n.SSign took third place with 9.3%, earning recognition for his stage presence and leadership.

The remainder of the rankings included ZEROBASEONE’s Sung HanBin and CLOSE YOUR EYES’ Jeon MinWook both with 0.3%, TWS’ ShinYu and BOYNEXTDOOR’s JaeHyun with 0.1%, and lastly xikers’ MinJae with 0.0% or 24 votes.

While the lower-ranked-leaders received fewer votes, their presence in the poll reflects a loyal base of fans who admire their artistry, group guidance, and unique personal color.

The results underscore how K-Pop’s 5th-generation is fostering diverse leadership personalities, from Steven’s dynamic energy to KyeHoon’s determined drive and Kazuta’s calm steadiness, each contributing to the new era of idol groups’ success.
